I think President Bush does more help for AIDS than former President Clinton

Despite Clinton wants to be the spokesman for AIDS in China, I have not heard anything that he does with the AIDS patients, or any photo of it. But I just know that Clinton does each speech with $250,000, in Taiwan, or in China. Who contributes more cash or medicine to Chinese AIDS victims?
